The Cup

The task of creating something "unique in the way of a Cup", was originally given to John McSweeney

The Cup is a tin container of "unknown origin" with a golf ball firmly fixed on either side, the club-head being added some years later. Dennis "Sapper" Potts, was attempting to drive the par four first at Springwood, some 350m away, when he met with an accident. The club-head traveled further than the ball. The tape is, of course, official government red tape
